Venticinque barche per gli Stati Uniti a Sarasota

E’ pronta la squadra a stelle e strisce che affronterà il Mondiale di Sarasota-Bradenton. Padroni e padrone di casa 23 anni dopo Indianapolis. Un giusto mix tra volti noti ed esordienti in ambito internazionale, come sottolinea il direttore dell’High Performance Matt Imes. Dei 78 atleti iscritti, 18 saranno al primo Mondiale. Sarà interessante vedere all’opera soprattutto la squadra maschile, reduce dal fallimento di Rio de Janeiro 2016 mentre per le Donne, a segno in Brasile con l’oro dell’otto (imbattuto da 12 anni) e l’argento della singolista Stone, l’introduzione del 4 senza nel programma olimpico potrebbe aprire la strada verso nuove soddisfazioni.
